Legal
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These terms describe your use of the Build Credit website, credit education, consultation-request forms, and credit workspace preview.
1. Website use
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting a consultation. Do not impersonate another person, submit someone else’s information without permission, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Credit education, not guaranteed results
Content is general educational information, not individualized financial, legal, tax, or lending advice. Build Credit does not promise a particular score increase, approval, interest rate, or timeline. Lenders and credit bureaus make their own decisions.
Accurate negative credit information cannot simply be removed because it is unfavorable. You may review your own credit reports and dispute information you believe is inaccurate directly with the relevant bureau.
3. Credit workspace and simulator
The credit workspace shows example scores, accounts, and recommendations so you can explore how coaching works before connecting a provider. Simulator results are educational estimates for planning purposes, not predictions of your credit score. Using the website does not obtain a credit report, perform a credit inquiry, or change your credit score.
4. Consultation requests and paid services
Submitting an email address or consultation form requests contact about your goals. It does not create a paid membership, charge you, or commit you to buy services. Any paid engagement requires separate written service details, fees, cancellation terms, and applicable disclosures before you agree.
These website terms do not replace any legally required service agreement or waive rights provided by consumer-protection law.
5. Sensitive information and third parties
Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, credit reports, or other sensitive identity information through these forms. Any future identity verification must take place directly with a third-party provider under its own consent process and privacy terms. No credit provider is currently connected.
External websites and services have their own terms. Review them before sharing information or purchasing a service.
6. Website content
You may use the educational content for personal, noncommercial purposes. Do not reproduce or redistribute materials commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder. References to brands or credit bureaus do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but content may change and the website may be temporarily unavailable. Verify important information with your lender, credit bureau, or qualified adviser before acting. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Changes and questions
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes to a paid engagement must be handled under its separate agreement. For questions about website use, request contact through the consultation form; do not include sensitive financial information.
